  • Due to the nature of our products there will be no refunds or returns unless in the case of product defect i.e. damage to the products exterior or missing product/s. Please provide picture proof if this is the case on admin@charis.co.za immediately once opened..
  • You are entitled to a refund if in the rare case your product is not received after 20 business days.
