Dispatch Time:
Please allow a dispatch time frame of 1-3 business days for your order.

Delivery Options:

• Door-to-Door Courier: Takes approximately 1-5 business days.
• PAXI/PEP Stores: Takes approximately 3-9 business days.

Pickup in Johannesburg:
If you are booking to pick up at a pickup point in Johannesburg during the week, please ensure your order is processed and booked at least a day prior to the delivery day. We will confirm with you on the morning of delivery.

Payment Options:
You can pay cash on delivery at one of our pickup points or via the website. Please note that specials and promotions are valid only if you pay through the website and not via cash on delivery.
