Each Bag contains 120g of dried Raw Sea Moss

40g makes one bottle of 500 grams of gel

One 500 grams bottle lasts a month

How to Prepare Raw Sea Moss

Step 1: Clean

Measure and rinse 40 grams thoroughly under cool water to remove sand, salt, and debris

Repeat rinsing 2-3 times until water runs clear

Step 2: Soak

Place rinsed sea moss in a large bowl

Cover with filtered or spring water (it will expand 2-3x in size)

Soak for 12-24 hours at room temperature

Optional: Add lime or lemon juice to reduce ocean taste

Step 3: Blend into Gel

Drain soaked sea moss (discard soak water)

Add sea moss to a blender with fresh filtered water

Blend until smooth, creamy gel consistency forms

Pour into a clean, airtight glass jar and refrigerate(500grams)

Storage:

Refrigerated: Up to 3-4 weeks

Frozen (ice cubes): Up to 6 months

Daily Use Instructions

Take 1 tablespoon per day (straight, or mixed into smoothies, teas, soups, juices, or oatmeal)

Start with 1 teaspoon if new to sea moss, then gradually increase

Do not exceed 1tablespoons per day unless directed by a health professional
