Daily Usage Instructions

1. Slimming Cream — Morning

• • After your shower, dry off nicely, apply the slimming cream to the belly area and massage thoroughly into the skin using firm, circular motions, until the cream has been properly absorbed and the area is dry before getting dressed.

2. Slimming Oil + Slimming Patch — Before Bed

Step 1: Apply the Slimming Oil

• • Before going to sleep, apply a small amount of slimming oil inside the belly button and around the navel area.Gently massage using circular motions.

Step 2: Lymphatic-Style Massage

• • Using light, gentle movements, Start around the navel and make small circular movements. Gradually massage outward from the centre of the abdomen.
  • Use gentle strokes directed toward the sides of the abdomen.
  • Keep the pressure comfortable — lymphatic-style massage should be gentle rather than forceful.

Step 3: Apply the Slim Patch

• • Place the slim patch directly over the belly button/navel area and press gently to ensure it is securely attached.
  • Leave the patch on for at least 8 hours while sleeping.
